INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 parts Y/Y Lime Vodka
3/4 part Cocktail Pantry lime juice
3/4 part pineapple juice
1/4 part cassis liqueur
1/4 part Cocktail Pantry pineapple syrup
1/3 part egg white

MIXING
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake dry to whip egg whites. Add ice and shake again. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with lime and cherry.
Strawberry Sensation
INGREDIENTS
1 part Y/Y Lime Vodka
1 part Cocktail Pantry lime juice
1 part strawberry syrup
Club soda
Strawberries
MIXING
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake with ice. Strain into highball glass, add ice, top with club soda and garnish with strawberries.
Strawberry Lime Highball
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 part Y/Y Lime Vodka
1/2 part Cocktail Pantry lime juice
1/2 part Cocktail Pantry simple syrup
Club soda
Strawberries
Lime peel
MIXING
In shaker, add fresh strawberries and muddle. Add all ingredients to shaker and shake with ice. Strain into highball glass, add ice, top with club soda and garnish with lime peel.
Pink Cloud
INGREDIENTS
1 part Y/Y Lime Vodka
3/4 part cassis liqueur
1/3 part Cocktail Pantry lime juice
1/2 part pomegranate juice
1/3 fresh egg whites

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with no ice until emulsified. Add ice to shaker and shake again. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with cherry.
Chili Lime Sparkler

1 1/2 part Y/Y Lime Vodka
1/4 part poblano liqueur
1/2 part Cocktail Pantry lime juice
1/2 part Cocktail Pantry simple syrup
Club soda
Lime wheel garnish
MIXING
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into high ball with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish.
Lime-A-Rita

1 part Cocktail Pantry lime juice
1/2 part cherry simple syrup
1/4 part Cointreau
1/4 part agave syrup

1 part jalapeño honey simple syrup
1/2 part Cocktail Pantry lime juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into high ball glass over fresh ice, top with club soda, and garnish.

3/4 part pistachio cherry syrup

INGREDIENTS
3/4 part H.O.B.S. Gin
3/4 part Y/Y Lime Vodka
3/4 part Cocktail Pantry simple syrup
3/4 part Cocktail Pantry lemon juice
Y/Y Absinthe rinse
Lemon peel
MIXING
Add all ingredients except the absinthe into a shaker filled with ice and shake. Rinse coupe glass with absinthe. Strain shaker into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
THE Lime MULE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 part Y/Y Lime Vodka
1/4 part Cocktail Pantry ginger syrup
Ginger beer
Fresh lime
MIXING
Add lime vodka, ginger syrup and ice into glass. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with squeezed lime wheel.
BLACKBERRY MOSCOW MULE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 part Y/Y Lime Vodka
1/2 part blackberry syrup
Ginger beer
Fresh blackberries
Fresh lime wheel garnish
MIXING
Add lime vodka, blackberry syrup and ice into highball glass. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with fresh blackberry & squeezed lime wheel.

1/2 part plum shiso shrub
3/4 part wildflower syrup
Edible flower garnish
MIXING
Fill low ball glass with ice. Put all ingredients into glass and stir. Add garnish.
LIME THYME
Ingredients
1 1/2 part Y/Y Lime Vodka
1 part grapefruit juice
1/2 part thyme syrup
Y/Y Absinthe wash
Fresh thyme
MIXING
Swirl coupe glass with absinthe and dump. Shake lime vodka, grapefruit juice and thyme syrup with ice. Strain into absinthe washed coupe glass, garnish with thyme.

1/2 part hibiscus & rose petal syrup
Club soda
Lime wedge
MIXING
Pour lime vodka & syrup into highball glass top with ice, club soda & stir. Squeeze lime and add wedge into glass & serve.
