OCTOBER COCKTAILS

Vanilla Pear Drop

Ingredients

1 1/2 parts of Armont Vodka

3 parts pear juice

1/4 part vanilla bean extract

Pear slice garnish

MIXING

Shake vodka, pear juice & vanilla into shaker with ice.
Strain into glass & garnish with thin pear slice

Apple cider bourbon

Ingredients

2 1/2 parts Stave Robber Bourbon

2 parts homemade apple cider (recipe here)

Aromatic bitters

Shaved nutmeg

MIXING

Add cider, bourbon & aromatic bitters into stirring glass.
Strain into coup & shave nutmeg on top.

Lavendar Bees Knees

Ingredients

1 1/2 H.O.B.S. Gin

1/2 part fresh lemon juice

1/2 part honey lavender syrup

Lemon sparkling water

MIXING

Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup in shaker with ice. Pour into glass and top with lemon sparking water.
Garnish with lavender.

SEPTEMBER COCKTAILS

The Young Monarch

Ingredients

1 1/2 parts of Y/Y Lime Vodka

1/2 part SHED Plum Shiso shrub (you can buy here)

Monarch Wildflower Syrup (find it at Y/Y Spirits tasting room)

Edible flower garnish

MIXING

Fill low ball glass part way with ice. Put all ingredients into glass and stir. Add garnish.

Gin Buck

Ingredients

1 1/2 part H.O.B.S. Gin

1/2 part lemon juice

Ginger ale

Lemon wheel garnish

MIXING

Add gin and lemon juice into high ball glass. Fill with ice and top with
ginger ale and garnish with lemon wheel.

ABSINTHE MOJITO

Ingredients

1 1/2 Fellows & Foragers Absinthe

1/2 part lime juice

1/2 part simple syrup

Fresh mint

Club soda

MIXING

Muddle mint, lime juice and simple syrup at the bottle of a high ball glass.
Add ice and absinthe and stir. Top with club soda.

AUGUST COCKTAILS

GREY BLACKBERRY BOURBON

Ingredients

2 parts Stave Robber Bourbon

1/2 part earl grey tea

1/2 part blackberry syrup

Blackberry garnish

MIXING

Fill low ball glass part way with ice. Put all ingredients into glass and stir. Add blackberry garnish.

LIME THYME

Ingredients

1 1/2 part Y/Y Lime Vodka

1 part fresh grapefruit juice

1/2 part thyme syrup

Fellows & Foragers Absinthe wash

MIXING

Swirl coup glass with absinthe and dump. Shake lime vodka, grapefruit juice and thyme syrup with ice.
Strain into absinthe washed coup glass.

CELERY COLLINS

Ingredients

2 parts H.O.B.S. Gin

1 part celery juice

1/2 part simple syrup

1/2 part fresh lemon juice

Few dashes of King Floyd’s Cardamom Bitters (you can buy at the Y/Y tasting room)

Club soda

MIXING

Put gin, celery juice, lemon juice and syrup into shaker with ice. Shake and put into glass.
Add few dashes of cardamom bitters and top with more ice and club soda.

JULY COCKTAILS

MAPLE WHISKEY SOUR

Ingredients

3 parts Stave Robber Bourbon

3/4 part rosemary maple syrup

1 1/2 part fresh lemon juice

Rosemary sprig garnish

MIXING

Shake bourbon, lemon juice and syrup in shaker with ice.
Strain into rocks glass with large ice cubes and garnish with rosemary spring

SUMMER SHRUB

Ingredients

1 1/2 part Armont Vodka

1/2 part SHED Strawberry Tarragon shrub (find it here)

1/2 part fresh lemon juice

1/4 part Egg whites

Strawberry garnish

MIXING

Shake vodka, the shrub, lemon juice and egg whites into shaker vigorously for a couple of seconds.
Add ice and shake again. Strain into coup glass and garnish with strawberry

ABSINTHE FOUNTAIN

Ingredients

3 oz of Fellows & Foragers Absinthe

Sugar cube

MIXING

Fill absinthe fountain (find one here) with ice water and let sit for a minute or so, so the water has time to chill.
Put sugar cube on a absinthe spoon, (find one here) and let water drip so it soaks the sugar cube and dilutes the absinthe to your liking.

JUNE COCKTAILS

The Wildflower Gimlet

Ingredients

1 1/2 part Y/Y Lime Vodka

1/2 part hibiscus & rose petal simple syrup

Club soda

Lime wedge

MIXING

Pour lime vodka & syrup into glass top with ice, club soda & stir.
Squeeze lime and add wedge into glass & serve

Bourbon Vig

Ingredients

2 parts Stave Robber Bourbon

1/3 part vanilla fig simple syrup

Orange bitters

Orange twist garnish

MIXING

Fill low ball glass part way with ice and pour bourbon and syrup into glass.
Add a dash of orange bitters and stir. Garnish with orange twist.

The gin spin

Ingredients

1 1/2 parts H.O.B.S. Gin

1/4 part vanilla fig simple syrup

1/4 part fresh lemon juice

Tonic

Lemon wheel garnish

MIXING

Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup in shaker with ice. Pour into glass and
top off with more ice and tonic. Add lemon wheel as garnish.
